Shipping policy

Sterling Skull Studio offers shipping and curbside pick-up on all orders. This option is available during checkout. 

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship within Canada.

To inquire about ordering for delivery outside of Canada or to inquire about other shipping options within Canada, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order will be processed within 1-5 business days, with exceptions during peak holiday periods. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email.

Orders must be received by 1 PM MST Monday-Friday to be processed on the same day. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Expedited delivery may only be available for select locations.

TAXES

All taxes will be applied subject to applicable federal and provincial tax legislation.
